GJB 1 bis

Still in Chablis, and with lunch approaching, we went to grab a bite. What a feast they put on, for us. In the years was a fellow making sausages.
The assortment of food was quite substantial, and catered to almost everything you could think of.
Besides deserts, there were cartloads of cheeses. This is after all France. The country that is almost ungovernable. De Gaulle once described the difficulty of governing a country with more than 246 types of cheese :-)
Some of the hot main courses ... mmm ... perfect for some nice burgundy
 Meats, pates and sausages
We had badges, identifying us as "cavistes" .... which of course all of us are, or from whence our ancestors came. Badges were checked at the door each morning, as security was tight. We were there on behalf of a very nice wine store, Permont Fine Wines, courtesy of our friend and owner of the store, Jung Kim.
